About This Role
IGC Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring experienced talent internally for Insight Global. TA applicants must embody our shared values consistently, have a track record of accomplishing goals and have the desire to build something greater than themselves. The future of the company’s initiatives and innovations start by hiring great people. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying internal talent needs and developing strategies to meet those needs effectively.
What You'll Do
- Running full-cycle recruiting process with focus on internal Insight Global positions
- Partnering with all organizations to understand hiring needs and goals
- Explaining what makes Insight Global different, our purpose, shared values, and making sure candidates align.
- Scheduling and coaching candidates through the entire interview process
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including internal job postings, employee referrals, and networking.
- Ensuring a successful onboarding experience (completing paperwork, background checks, gathering all necessary info, etc.)
- Assisting in conversion and retention efforts that align with company initiatives
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Strong office presence and known as an excellent teammate
- Must be adaptable to change as our contest, goals, and targets change annually
- Strong personality and energetic tone
- Consistently and effectively hits weekly goals and metrics
- Demonstrates an ability to give and receive feedback
- Self-motivated and organized
- Excellent presentation skills
- Distinct passion for the company
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
