About the Role

Weaver is seeking a highly skilled Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in assisting with financial due diligence projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with financial due diligence projects for clients, including performing analysis of complex financial information and preparing concise reports.
  • Take ownership of projects under the supervision of more experienced team members, including building analysis from source documents and understanding client expectations.
  • Establish trust with clients and maintain good working relationships and communication with client personnel and teammates.
  • Assist in identifying deal issues and other adjustments impacting reports, and draft certain portions of client deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA candidate.
  • 2+ years of experience in transaction advisory services/financial due diligence, or public accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Thorough understanding of financial statements.
  • Advanced understanding of financial reports, transaction cycles, and business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA.
  • Ability to mentor and help develop less experienced staff.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Team orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
