Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a national transaction opinions practice, providing expert advice to clients across various industries.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of experienced transaction opinions professionals.
  • Cross-sell Colliers International services, including valuations, brokerage, property management, and capital markets.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in M&A advisory, with a focus on transaction opinions.
  • Established professional network and proven ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, deal structures, and financing alternatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate revenue, cross-sell services, and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Experience in successfully recruiting and managing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional work ethic, integrity, attention to detail, and initiative.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
