Your Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers, manage phone inquiries, and schedule appointments with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Discuss repairs and services with customers to ensure clarity and understanding, updating them on any changes to estimates or timelines.
  • Assign tasks to shop technicians while overseeing the accuracy and progress of each job.
  • Coordinate repairs and payments for vehicles under extended warranty programs.
  • Arrange for towing and alternative transportation as needed, adhering to service standards.
  • Monitor vehicle inspection schedules to ensure timely completion and inform customers of necessary services.
Qualifications for Success:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in the automotive field is preferred, or a minimum of three years in a fast-paced customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive technology and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and technicians.
  • ASE Service Advisor Certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
