We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at WesBanco Bank Inc. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and performing account transactions.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Account Transactions: Process various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell the Bank's products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Operational and Security Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in banking software and systems, adhering to security and audit procedures to protect client information and prevent fraud.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and banking software programs.
• Experience: Previous experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on customer service and sales.
