TRS Craft Services is actively seeking a skilled Field Specialist in Heavy Equipment Hydraulics. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems in heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems in heavy machinery.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems.
  • Replace hydraulic components such as hoses, pumps, motors, and valves as necessary.
  • Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve hydraulic system issues effectively.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Comply with the company's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
Education Requirements:

High School diploma or GED; Technical school credentials are preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least five years of experience in hydraulic repair for heavy equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret equipment manuals and blueprints.
  • Experience with rigging is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with various construction equipment, including aerial lifts, skid loaders, mobile cranes, forklifts, and generators.
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
  • Willingness to travel overnight 60% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and capable of multitasking while upholding quality and safety standards.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Must provide personal repair tools; larger tools and equipment will be supplied.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
