TRS Craft Services is actively seeking a skilled Field Specialist in Heavy Equipment Hydraulics. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems in heavy machinery.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems in heavy machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems.
- Replace hydraulic components such as hoses, pumps, motors, and valves as necessary.
- Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve hydraulic system issues effectively.
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Comply with the company's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
High School diploma or GED; Technical school credentials are preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:- At least five years of experience in hydraulic repair for heavy equipment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret equipment manuals and blueprints.
- Experience with rigging is advantageous.
- Familiarity with various construction equipment, including aerial lifts, skid loaders, mobile cranes, forklifts, and generators.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
- Willingness to travel overnight 60% of the time.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and capable of multitasking while upholding quality and safety standards.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must provide personal repair tools; larger tools and equipment will be supplied.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
