Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute a Strong Business Plan: Utilize advanced selling skills to qualify prospects, generate leads, develop new business opportunities, penetrate existing accounts, and close contracts.
  • Identify Target Opportunities: Focus on capturing large customer sales from competitors where possible.
  • Serve as the Key Point of Contact: Develop and nurture key relationships with customers, including end users, commercial real estate professionals, architects, and general contractors, to grow business within the accounts.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Demonstrate a deep understanding of customers and their issues to drive long-term results and become their trusted advisor.
  • Read and Understand Bid Documents: Interpret technical drawings and programming guides, relaying necessary information to the engineering, operations team, and leadership team.
  • Manage CRM Data: Include accounts, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate Estimated Revenue, Estimated Close Date, and Probability to win business.
  • Develop Strong Internal Relationships: Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and the Service Team to ensure appropriate resources support customer objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial development industry
  • 6+ years of experience establishing a client base, with a proven successful history of relationship development, lead generation, and selling design concepts/ideas
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape, with demonstrated expertise in managing and expanding key accounts
  • Proven history of sales success, with experience identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Ability to build a network of business relationships, creating sales opportunities through collaboration with A&D, real estate, and construction companies
  • Innovative self-starter, with confidence and ability to represent Pavion Corp professionally and ethically
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with strong meeting facilitation skills
  • Ability to lead change, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment effectively
