Job Summary

The Card Acquisitions Manager will be a key member of the Co-brand Card Acquisitions team at Marriott International, driving aggressive card acquisitions goals. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Acquisition for Mass Affluent & Premium Co-branded Cards and support the portfolio growth of Chase credit card products. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns across Marriott channels, including mobile, email, paid media, and on-property initiatives. This role will work closely with Senior Managers of Co-brand Acquisitions, bank partners, and agencies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive card acquisitions and portfolio growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, bank partners, and agencies to coordinate campaign efforts.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive card acquisitions and portfolio growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field, and 2 years of relevant professional experience, or 6+ years of relevant experience in a related function.
  • Proven track record of success in consumer marketing, with a focus on driving business growth and portfolio expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences and inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
