Work Schedule: Assigned shifts Monday through Friday between 11 AM and 10 PM, with occasional Saturday overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and drivers via phone to assist with vehicle rentals, accident reporting, and roadside assistance requests.
- Gather necessary information from callers and accurately input data into the computer system.
- Identify the nearest rental agency or repair shop and provide clients with essential details.
- Address any inquiries or issues from external vendors as needed.
- Coordinate with towing or glass services to arrange necessary assistance and facilitate warm transfers for callers.
- Communicate effectively with clients to secure approvals for rental upgrades, additional fees, or other requests outside standard parameters.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or the car rental industry is preferred.
- Proficient in computer use with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility in approach.
