Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team at CVS Health. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to all levels of DC leadership, including facilitating employee events and activities, maintaining reporting and databases, and processing payroll.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting & Processing
- Maintain attendance databases and track leave of absence (LOA) reporting
- Regularly update operational databases
- Pull and send various reports as requested by leadership
- Process accounts payable and invoices as needed
- Report voluntary time off and pay needs to the LOA team
- Payroll
- Process payroll, including missing punches, vacation/sick time, and other types of pay
- Provide payroll reporting to leadership
- Enter tickets for pay issues and escalate to the HR Coordinator as needed
- Manage the year-end sick payout process
- Employee Communication/Engagement
- Maintain the internal bidding process and postings
- Assist with employee engagement activities and events as needed
- Process reconciliation for Pcard engagement purchases
- Miscellaneous Leader Support
- Partner with leaders on the annual vacation planning process
- Proxy for leaders in myHR, processing employee terminations, returns from LOA, job changes, etc.
- Sort and send out mail
- Distribute newsletters and employee communications
- Assist with job fairs as needed
- Maintain employee files
- Minimum 1 year of payroll/administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and Internet Explorer
- Associate's degree
- Bilingual preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Warehouse office experience
- Ability to interact with management, employees, and clients
- Proven ability to independently plan, manage, and work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible
