About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead our Platform Strategy and Integration Experiences. As a key member of our Teamwork Platform (TWP) team, you will be responsible for driving our customers' success by creating unique, sustainable customer value through experiences that differentiate and make Atlassian greater than the sum of its parts.

Responsibilities
  • Use your product and platform expertise to independently deep dive into complex and ambiguous topics, uncover opportunities, and solve impactful problems.
  • Work with Enterprise customers directly to understand their needs and build use cases.
  • Partner with internal product managers and teams to collate those customer requirements and pain points.
  • Define big visions, weave market and customer needs into tight narratives, and work across Atlassian to execute.
  • Influence, manage and work across the organization - from customers, to developers, and senior executives.
  • Dive into complex problems and use cases around automation platform, integrations, and analytics.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in product management.
  • Background in creating platform strategy and working directly with customers in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Consulting experience dealing directly with customers and translating requirements to use cases and strategy.
  • Extensive product Management experience building integrations for large-scale platforms.
  • A track record for defining and executing complex platform strategies at scale that create business and customer value.
  • Ability to quantitatively and qualitatively understand complex problems, prioritize business and customer needs.
  • Excel in an environment where the topics and tasks are varied and you have to move quickly and learn fast.
  • A passion for raising the product craft bar and driving best practices throughout the company.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn, we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.

For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $190,400 - $253,800

Zone B: $171,400 - $228,500

Zone C: $158,000 - $210,700
