Job SummaryWe are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of User Experiences for our Partner Products. This role will oversee the discovery, interaction, and operation of Crunchyroll services within our partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership product strategy aligned with our overall goals and market trends.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with distribution partners, content creators, and technology vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide successful partnership integrations and go-to-market strategies.
- Protect revenue growth through efficient, secure, and safe product features.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and support for partnership product initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and user preferences to make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on partnerships and product security.
- Experience working with multi-platform products on mobile, web, and OTT with a global reach and adoption.
- Strong technical understanding of encryption, obfuscation, secured protocols, privacy, fraud prevention, and compliance.
- Ability to balance technical, user, and business needs.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Experience using data to inform decisions, including A/B testing.
The Product Partnerships team at Crunchyroll is a newly formed group that will build the foundations and lead our nascent Partner Product strategy. We work collaboratively with our Core Product team, the Partnerships Engineering Organization, and Business Development teams to propel Crunchyroll to the next stage of reach and fan joy.
