Job DescriptionAs a Principal Product Designer on Bitcoin, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company's financial products and services. You will be responsible for defining the role of Bitcoin at Afterpay, leading and executing major product initiatives, and working with other discipline leads to set strategy and nurture a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Bitcoin, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Financial Products, Brand Creative, Operations, Writing, and Customer Insights, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Design and develop user-centered experiences that meet the needs of our customers, driving engagement and retention.
- Work closely with the leadership team to inform product development processes and solve complex product challenges across platforms.
- Establish and evolve principles, frameworks, standards, and processes for the discipline, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization.
- Act as a thought leader and influencer, driving design innovation and excellence throughout the company.
- Contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive design team culture, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Proven experience as a senior design leader, delivering impactful and strategic work that drives business growth.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging experiences.
