About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Leader to join our team at HUB International. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with compliance requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Relevant compliance experience with a Registered Investment Advisor, including at least 5-7 years supporting a compliance program under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
  • Strong knowledge of SEC-registered investment advisor rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
