Job Title: Client Manager - Commercial Lines

Maury Donnelly & Parr Inc is seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our Commercial Lines team. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all assigned accounts and bonds, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned accounts, analyzing accounts for adequacy and appropriate coverage, and preparing final proposal presentations, analyses, and summaries as needed.
  • Review endorsements for completion and accuracy, and market the account and review marketing placements.
  • Initiate and follow up on renewal applications, identify cross-selling opportunities, and expand and round out existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending, and implementing proper coverage.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all terms and conditions of the insurance policies are properly prepared, and track claims, flagging claim-heavy accounts and incorrectly written accounts.
  • Responsible for agency billing according to service standards, and perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • State Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
  • Computer skills required: Epic Online Database software; Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively, edits work, varies writing style to meet needs, presents numerical data effectively, and able to read and interpret written information.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Occasionally required to stand/walk, frequently required to sit, continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity and to talk or hear. Normal office environment.
