Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage effective processes to disseminate new messaging, updated priorities, and key topics while tracking field activation.
  • Create mechanisms to minimize content sprawl, ensuring high-quality content is readily accessible to both field and peer marketing teams.
  • Establish and oversee processes that enhance Product Marketing's collaboration with Marketing and Field stakeholders, facilitating effective consumption of priority messaging in their go-to-market strategies.
  • Coordinate collaboration with stakeholder teams, ensuring alignment on approved messaging and determining optimal distribution routes and cadence for communications with target internal audiences.
  • Implement processes and leverage automation tools to enhance cross-organizational efficiency in message unification, prioritization, and distribution across Sales, Marketing, and Global Services teams.

Daily Activities: You will engage with stakeholders across AWS Marketing, Worldwide Field Enablement, and Sales organizations to prioritize messaging and implement scalable processes that equip sellers globally to communicate AWS's key narratives to customers and partners. Your extensive expertise will be utilized to develop and manage mechanisms that consistently enable field sellers, marketing teams, and internal organizations with priority messaging.

Collaboration: You will work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams, analyzing data from various sources to identify insights and drive continuous improvements. Your domain expertise will aid in implementing repeatable processes, driving automation, and standardizing workflows to streamline deliverables while managing programs with cross-functional and organizational impact.

About the Team: The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team is dedicated to driving revenue, adoption, and growth across a diverse range of accounts, from small and mid-market to enterprise-level customers, including public sector entities. The AWS Global Support team collaborates with leading companies, emphasizing that world-class support is essential for customer success.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Proven track record in building and executing cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience in developing and executing campaigns across various time zones and languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic partners.
