Senior Program Manager

Are you driven by enhancing marketing efficiency and content quality? We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in program and project management, utilizing diverse methodologies and technologies. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of Product Marketing and Field Messaging excellence at Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage effective processes to disseminate new messaging, updated priorities, and critical topics, while tracking field activation.
- Create mechanisms to reduce content sprawl, ensuring high-quality content is readily accessible to both field and peer marketing teams.
- Develop and oversee processes that enhance Product Marketing's collaboration with Marketing and Field stakeholders, facilitating the effective use of priority messaging in go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate collaboration with stakeholder teams, ensuring alignment on approved messaging and identifying optimal distribution routes and schedules for communications and content.
- Implement processes and leverage automation tools to drive organizational efficiency in message unification, prioritization, and distribution across Sales, Marketing, and Global Services teams.
A Day in the Life: You will collaborate with stakeholders across AWS Marketing, Worldwide Field Enablement, and Sales organizations to prioritize messaging and implement scalable processes. Your expertise will enable field sellers, marketing teams, and internal organizations to effectively communicate AWS's key narratives to customers and partners.
About the Team: The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team is dedicated to driving revenue, adoption, and growth across various customer segments, from small and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level clients.

Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation.
- Proven track record in executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience aligning large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Proficiency in designing and executing joint marketing plans with global strategic partners.
Compensation: The base pay for this position ranges based on geographic market and experience, with additional compensation packages available.
