Job Title: EV Charging Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled EV Charging Support Specialist to join our team at Electrada. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their EV charging infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support for EV charging infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to energy, network, hardware, firmware, and software components.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide prompt, professional, and accurate feedback to ensure their EV charging experience is exceptional.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts, performing Tier I control functions to resolve tickets where feasible, and escalating complex issues to Tier II support as needed.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot EV charging hardware, firmware, and software issues, collecting logs and data to support escalation to Tier II support.
  • Manage customer communication through ticket completion, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in EV charging, distributed power, telecommunications, utilities, construction, and/or transportation industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with experience in ongoing customer interactions.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) or individual contributor with cross-functional team accountabilities.
  • Ability to work overnight and/or on weekends as needed.
