Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Assess and address clients' banking needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' financial goals and objectives
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver exceptional client experiences
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically 1-2 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
