Client Experience Manager

The Client Experience Manager is a key role at Burn Boot Camp KY-OH, responsible for overseeing all aspects of client interaction once the client has come into the gym, been contacted by the Communications Director, and or has become a member of the gym.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and management. They will be responsible for managing client communications, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communications, including responding to emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the Communications Director to ensure effective communication with clients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitor and report on client feedback and suggestions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and management
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
