We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers, maintaining a strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models, and following up on all sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our vehicle inventory and features.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to build trust and rapport.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Superior communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent follow-through skills.
  • Understanding of manufacturer's specifications.
  • Familiarity with automotive financing.
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
