Arroyo Vista, a 53-bed skilled nursing facility in San Diego, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide flexible schedule therapy services. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Evaluates patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develops effective treatment plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders per regulatory and clinical requirements.
  • Evaluates treatment outcomes for effectiveness and modifies services accordingly.
  • Offers consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Documents all required information in the electronic documentation system and maintains patient records according to company policy.
Salary Information: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, with estimated pay rates ranging from $50 to $58 per hour.
