Advanced Speech Therapist for Complex Communication Disorders

Kaiser Permanente seeks an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work in San Jose, California. This is a rewarding opportunity to diagnose and treat complex cases of communication disorders.
About the Role- Specialize in providing comprehensive care for adults and children with various communication disorders.
- Evaluate and administer diagnostic tests to develop personalized treatment plans.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with complex communication disorders, including voice and swallowing impairments.
- Collaborate with physicians to adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to junior therapists and contribute to staff development programs.
- Maintain department policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field not required. A Master's degree is preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Speech-Language Pathologist License (California), National Provider Identifier, Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
Additional Requirements: Knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements, ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
