About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Utilize business rules and guidelines to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Knowledge of California collection laws and regulations
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
