About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Utilize business rules and guidelines to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of California collection laws and regulations
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
