Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient support to our valued Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including will-call requests and same-day deliveries.
  • Provide customers with invoice copies and process credits as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
  • Collaborate effectively with Account Executives to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
