Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and efficient Residential Maintenance Associate to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential spaces, as well as performing light maintenance tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
  • This position requires working on-site, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends.
  • The work schedule is 8 hours per day, with regular breaks.
