**Administrative Coordinator**

Benderson Development is a leading real estate company seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our construction department in Rochester, NY.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with project teams to complete projects from implementation to close-out.
  • Document control and organization, including setting up and maintaining project files.
  • Ensure bid packages, contracts, and purchase orders are completed.
  • Coordinate new vendor setups with the Insurance Department.
  • Provide project administrative support, including assisting with permits and distributing construction documents.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of administrative or project coordination experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
