Administrative Support Specialist

As a Government & Community Relations Administrator at Mindlance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the team's efficiency and effectiveness. Your tasks will include managing paperwork for sponsorships and donations, creating purchase orders, overseeing promotional material orders and inventory, coordinating cross-departmental activities, assisting in budget management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating event attendance. Your support will enable the team to focus on proactive outreach and respond adeptly to inquiries from government officials, community leaders, and the economic development community.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite, strong organizational skills, good communication skills, and a team player with strong collaborative skills. Experience with completing administrative tasks in a timely manner with quality results is preferred. An associate's degree is also preferred.
