Route Sales Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth? Do you have a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a highly motivated Route Sales Professional to join our team at Bimbo Bakeries USA
Key Responsibilities:- Merchandise and stock products on store shelves and displays, ensuring optimal product visibility and freshness.
- Drive sales through the acquisition of new display space, incremental displays, and data-driven sales strategies.
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships, ensuring promotions are executed and new products are introduced.
- Conduct daily route settlement procedures, accounting for products, invoices, and cash while maintaining accurate inventory counts.
- Drive company route trucks safely, adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
- 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) preferred.
