About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse 1 in our Inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant unit, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides compassionate and coordinated care to patients with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients with oncologic malignancies, including liquid and solid tumors, requiring allogeneic and autologous stem cell transplant, cellular therapy, chemotherapy, and symptom management.
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of care across the continuum.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, safety, and age-appropriate considerations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
  • Engage in evidence-based practice and research to stay current with best practices in oncology nursing.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Nursing
  • Less than 15 months of experience as a RN
