Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients of all ages, from infancy to the elderly, and demonstrate a commitment to safe and effective practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the interprofessional healthcare team to coordinate care across the continuum.
  • Develop and apply knowledge and skills to provide individualized care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, safety, and age-appropriate considerations.
  • Consult with more experienced clinicians and benefit from feedback to advance your skills and knowledge.
  • Comply with all regulations and standards of regulatory and accrediting bodies.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
  • BLS/CPR certification as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association
  • Pennsylvania RN licensure
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Less than 15 months of infusion experience
