Senior HR Manager

As a Senior HR Manager at Albertsons, you will play a critical role in driving talent development and organizational change across our Supply Chain Corporate Groups. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development to drive business results and support the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the succession and career planning process by assessing current leadership depth issues, facilitating talent reviews, and developing internal candidates for key positions.
- Provide internal consulting and services to Leadership to drive organizational change by assessing company culture.
- Oversee performance management processes by providing support on completing effective reviews, ensuring execution, accuracy, and consistency of the appraisal process.
- Work with management to utilize the appraisal process to identify training and development needs.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate the selection process with Management.
- Participate in business strategy process by identifying specific skill and headcount requirements, ensuring HR strategies are included in plans, aligning HR programs and practices with specific business objectives, and ensuring diversity progress in all aspects of business.
- Serve as liaison between associates, management, and all other HR functions (payroll, benefits, AR, compensation).
- Ensure effective communication to the associates on corporate policies and practices.
- Guide management in salary and benefits administration.
- Handle complex and/or sophisticated Human Resources matters or projects.
- Work with Associate Relations to identify opportunities to correct reoccurring problems with associates.
- Assist in the completion of performance management process and identifies training and development needs. Assist in succession and career planning process with assessments and reviews.
- Assist with communications on policies and practices to associates.
- Work as key communicator to all associates regarding policies and practices.
- Provide compensation guidance to management.
- Coach leaders in skill development.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $102,700 to $143,800 annually, with opportunities for growth and development. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation Pay, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits. Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a college degree in HR business-related field, behavioral sciences preferred. The ideal candidate will have proven planning, organizing, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and work with and through others to achieve desired results. The candidate should possess analytical, assessment, program execution, and facilitation skills, with the ability to maintain effective business relationships within all areas of the company and work with all levels of associates. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as prior management experience and current PHR or SPHR certification. A comprehensive understanding and expertise in virtually all areas of Human Resources, typically gained through 6+ years applicable Human Resources experience, is also required.
