Sales and Customer Experience Leader

The Senior Studio Manager will oversee all aspects of studio performance by driving revenue growth, sales, studio operations, customer experience, and community impact.
This is a high-impact role that requires a results-driven individual with tremendous leadership skills, experience in selling themselves, coaching sales people, sales team management, customer service training, marketing, and lead generation.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and implement the SweatHouz sales model, contacting leads and scheduling sessions, welcoming prospective clients, and converting them into members.
- Assemble, lead, and train a team of sales and education specialists to achieve monthly sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure studio cleanliness and customer experience meets the SweatHouz standard by overseeing staff, including a cleaning team.
- Network and execute grassroots marketing initiatives in the local community.
Evaluation Metrics:
- Achieving and surpassing new member monthly goals.
- Achieving revenue goals.
- Successful secret shopper visit scores.
