Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

IFAB Corp is a leading manufacturer of Tier 1 components, with a strong focus on assembly, press brake, laser cutting, and coating processes. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee all maintenance activities in our 600,000 square foot facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency.
  • Coordinate with production management to schedule preventive maintenance activities and minimize disruptions.
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of all manufacturing equipment, including 2,000-ton stamping presses, press brakes, laser cutters, and CNC machines.
  • Oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of machinery and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts, procuring necessary components in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on stamping, CNC machining, and coating processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and CMMS systems, with a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Working Conditions:
  • This position requires working in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to machinery, noise, and other industrial hazards. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts, with standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Salary: Starting at $90K/Annual
