About the Role

Cooke Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Smoked Salmon Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our Smoked Salmon business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and customer management, preferably in the seafood industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
