Mail Services Operations Manager

The Mail Services Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing personnel and workflows within the Inbound and Outbound Mail divisions, along with specific Legal departments. This role demands a proactive leader who is willing to engage directly with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. As a key player in a collaborative culture, you will not only lead the Mail Services teams but also work closely with various other departments within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the state attorney/paralegal supervisor in managing account documentation;
- Assisting in the duplication and organization of legal documents;
- Facilitating mail entry and accurately documenting subsequent actions;
- Overseeing clerical tasks such as imaging documents upon intake and managing outbound mailing processes;
- Collaborating with the state attorney and paralegal supervisors in training new staff in accordance with company policies and training guidelines;
- Alerting the state attorney and/or paralegal supervisor regarding urgent case information as per company protocols.
Essential Qualifications
- Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent professional experience;
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal practice management software is preferred;
- Ability to uphold confidentiality standards;
