Inbound/Outbound Mail Services Supervisor

The role of the Central Services Manager is pivotal in overseeing personnel and workflows within the Inbound/Outbound Mail department, as well as specialized Legal divisions. This position is highly interactive, requiring a leader who is willing to engage directly with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. As a proponent of teamwork, you will be tasked with guiding the Inbound/Outbound Mail Services teams while also collaborating closely with various other departments within the organization. Your role will include:
- Supporting the state attorney/paralegal supervisor in maintaining accurate account files;
- Assisting in the duplication and organization of essential documents;
- Facilitating mail entry and ensuring proper documentation of subsequent actions;
- Overseeing clerical responsibilities such as imaging documents upon intake/preparation and managing outbound mailing processes;
- Contributing to the training of new staff in accordance with the Firm's established policies and procedures;
- Alerting the state attorney and/or state paralegal supervisor regarding any concerns or priority case information as per the Firm's guidelines.
Essential Qualifications
- Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent professional experience
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication proficiency
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software is advantageous
