Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide one-on-one attention to detail to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Oversee and participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control.
  • Menu Planning: Help plan menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Meal Service: Ensure timely and efficient meal service, supervising the serving of meals and responding to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Employee Training and Development: Train and develop our food-service employees to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
  • Work Procedures and Scheduling: Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite work flow to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Responsible for proper cash handling and inventory management, including ordering food and supplies from approved sources.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Direct and participate in the overall sanitation and safety of our facility and employees, ensuring that we meet company standards and government regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous Lead Experience: Previous lead experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and management.
