Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to oversee the development of our cutting-edge Iron-Air battery products. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving product development initiatives that enhance our utility-scale stationary storage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development initiatives to achieve critical milestones while ensuring effective communication and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Enhance program management frameworks by integrating best practices and your expertise to support our exceptional technical team.
  • Implement and adhere to Form's Product Development Process (PDP).
  • Collaborate with Engineering leadership to create and maintain comprehensive product development plans and schedules.
  • Identify potential risks and facilitate informed decision-making with stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
  • Evaluate and mitigate program risks associated with various subsystems, including electrical, controls, mechanical, and chemical.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical Program Management capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, such as mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Proven track record in product development, including experience with commercial product launches.
  • Technical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, with a preference for candidates familiar with utility-scale renewable projects.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
