Technical Project Manager

CloudIQ Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering features and programs from end to end, developing a cohesive plan across the company, and ensuring our Program Management process is followed and improved.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the delivery of features and programs from end to end
- Develop a cohesive plan across the company to deliver your programs
- Be the point of communication for your program's status to a broad audience from executives to engineers
- Work closely with the development leads to ensure features are delivered
- Ensure our Program Management process is followed and improved
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering team experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of experience working as a proxy for the product owner role
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering team experience
- 3+ experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- 5+ years of background in service-oriented architecture implementation along with program delivery experience
- Self-motivated, able to deal with ambiguity, and working well under pressure to meet deadlines within short time constraints
- High degree of competency within all phases of the program life cycle
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Scrum Master Certification is a plus
- Minimum BS Degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field
