Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Northeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a sales territory that includes Upstate New York, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate local sales representatives to achieve sales objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, including distributor partners, contractors, engineers, and end-users.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed growth goals.
  • Provide technical presentations and on-site training to customers and internal departments.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • College degree in engineering or business preferred.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the plumbing or industrial industry.
  • Strong technical, analytical, negotiating, and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel.
  • Regular travel within the sales territory is required.
