Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales territory in South Florida, promoting our specifiable and traditional piping products, and meeting or exceeding growth goals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical, negotiating, and communication skills, as well as experience in the plumbing or industrial industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish sales objectives for reps and monitor progress.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term, and trusting customer relationships.
- Obtain favorable product specifications with local engineering firms.
- Plan and allocate time and resources to ensure sales goals are met.
- Track leads and project opportunities.
- Handle regional pricing strategy.
- Interact with internal departments, such as Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
- Provide technical presentations and on-site training to engineers, contractors, and distributor partners.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience
- College degree required (engineering or business preferred).
- 3-5 years sales experience preferred in the plumbing or industrial industry.
- Strong technical, analytical, negotiating, and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Intuition for business with a problem-solving attitude.
- Regular travel within the sales territory required.
