Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Harco Fittings, a member of the IPEX group of companies, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the Waterworks division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the Waterworks industry.
  • Provide technical presentations and on-site training to customers and distributors.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing, to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Four-year college degree, BA or BS (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in the Municipal or Waterworks industry.
  • Must live in the assigned territory and be willing to travel overnight at least 2-3 nights a week.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dynamic presentation skills with a focused agenda.
  • Customer-focused and solutions-oriented.
  • Proven track record of sales and business development.
  • Ability to differentiate and position the company and our products.
