Territory Sales Manager

Harco Fittings, a member of the IPEX group of companies, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the Waterworks division.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the Waterworks industry.
- Provide technical presentations and on-site training to customers and distributors.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing, to achieve sales goals.
- Four-year college degree, BA or BS (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the Municipal or Waterworks industry.
- Must live in the assigned territory and be willing to travel overnight at least 2-3 nights a week.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Dynamic presentation skills with a focused agenda.
- Customer-focused and solutions-oriented.
- Proven track record of sales and business development.
- Ability to differentiate and position the company and our products.
