About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Professional to join our team at Syneos Health/inVentiv Health Commercial LLC. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts in a virtual pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client-directed outbound sales and marketing strategies to deliver proficient sales presentations to assigned targets and prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by effectively identifying and monitoring local market conditions.
  • Utilize marketing and selling materials, as well as clinical data, to support sales efforts and drive product promotion solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • 1+ years of virtual or inside sales experience, with expertise in customer engagement and relationship-building.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with injection or infusion sales.
  • Self-motivation with strong performance orientation, and expert virtual selling skills.
  • Effective prioritization and planning, with adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member, managing multiple tasks across multiple systems.
