Plastic Fabrication Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Shipyard Coatings Expert to join our team at the United States Fleet Forces Command. As a Plastic Fabrication Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that coating materials are applied and manufactured to the highest standards.
You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and efficiency.

Responsibilities- Ensure coating materials are applied and manufactured to the highest standards
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and efficiency
- Work closely with production team to identify and resolve issues
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- 5+ years of experience in coatings supervision or plastic fabrication
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
