Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Instrument Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship in repairing and maintaining customer-owned instruments.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to provide a positive experience and ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Service customer-owned instruments with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist in training new technicians and sharing knowledge to improve overall performance
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in repairing guitars and other stringed instruments
  • Strong understanding of musical theory and instrument construction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
Salary and Benefits
