About the Job

The United States Fleet Forces Command is seeking a highly experienced Head of Waterfront Operations to lead our waterfront operations team. This is a key role that requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering, and naval architecture, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of engineers and technicians in providing technical guidance and support for the design, overhaul, and repair of submarines.
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and plans to ensure the successful completion of waterfront projects.
  • Collaborating with other departments and functions to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering, and naval architecture principles and practices.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
