About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at H&R Block. As an Operations Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our district offices, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to district offices, including ordering supplies and managing office operations.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for technical support, resolving customer issues and providing solutions.
  • Monitor and track customer requests, communicating with customers and delivering solutions in a timely manner.
  • Perform end-to-end resolution of customer requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide seasonal hiring support in the HRB Gateway hiring system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
