  • Management of Service Providers: Conduct pre-construction meetings, track contractor performance, and ensure accountability for estimates and execution plans.
  • Field Execution Oversight: Direct field teams to complete projects within approved budgets and timelines, while identifying and mitigating risks associated with construction execution.
  • Change Management: Address concerns regarding changes effectively and demonstrate leadership in managing transitions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that quality issues are documented and resolved, maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Safety Leadership: Promote a culture of safety, encouraging participation in safety initiatives and fostering an environment where safety concerns can be reported without fear of retribution.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor your team, aligning their efforts with Enbridge's standards and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • A relevant university degree or college diploma in construction or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in pipeline and facilities construction, with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Oracle or SAP.
  • Valid driver's license and the legal ability to cross borders.

Working Conditions:
  • Office and field environment with potential travel to various sites.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed to address project-related issues.
