Key Responsibilities- Identify member financial needs through profiling and promote appropriate products and services to maximize cross-sale opportunities.
- Understand and perform all Teller-related duties, including verifying information on deposit applications and approving/declining applications for service.
- Actively manage lobby traffic, providing personalized and professional service to all members, and seeking opportunities to exceed member expectations.
- Accurately complete and process product/service/loan applications for review and evaluation, and interface with members in response to applications submitted.
- Understand and open all deposit accounts, accurately originate and book applicable loan products, and complete necessary documentation for application processing.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of Teller II or similar related sales experience at a financial institution.
- Advanced knowledge of TruWest products, services, and account requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
